You can use the contact above for any question or request about your data.
What you are asking for
By selecting “Notify me”, you consent to receiving recurring email updates and news about hubmi.pl and its creator, Daylin sp. z o.o., including news about its own projects, products and services. This may include promotional information. The legal basis for processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your consent also covers receiving these communications by email. It is not limited to a single countdown notification. Signing up is optional; you can view the countdown without providing data. Please only enter your own email address.
We store only your email, chosen language (PL or EN), consent timestamp and version, and record creation timestamp in Cloudflare D1. Consent version: 2026-10-02.2-updates. A repeated signup does not renew or change the existing consent.
Withdrawal and deletion
Save the private deletion link shown after your first signup. Open it and select “Delete my email” to withdraw consent and immediately remove the active database record. No login or additional email is needed. Keep this link private: anyone with it can delete that signup. For a repeated signup, use the original link. If you lose it, contact the controller above from the address you registered.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Once an email is already being handed to the delivery service, it may be too late to recall it. Opening a deletion link alone never deletes data; you must press the button.
When we delete it
We keep your data while you subscribe to updates. We delete the active record when you unsubscribe or when we discontinue this updates list, whichever happens first. The end of the countdown does not end your subscription. We do not reuse this consent for unrelated third-party communications.
Cloudflare’s automatic D1 recovery history may retain deleted records for up to 30 days (7 days on the Free plan). These copies are not used for sending. The operator must not restore an old subscriber list into the live service. Your own email provider may retain a received notification under its own policy.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and D1 storage as our service provider. The database is configured in the EU jurisdiction. Cloudflare may process service data outside the EEA under its Data Processing Addendum, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can request information and a copy of applicable safeguards from the controller. This website collects requests; it does not itself send emails or share the list with a mailing platform.
We do not sell data or share it with Województwo Małopolskie, HubMI or HackYeah. We do not profile you or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
No tracking
This application sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party fonts. Browser storage remembers the previous gallery order on this device. It does not read or store your IP address or user agent. Basic abuse controls use short-lived form tokens, shared request counters and keyed email digests in Cloudflare rate limiting, not visitor fingerprints. The digests are pseudonymous and used only for abuse prevention.
Cloudflare necessarily handles network information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure requests, subject to its service policies. Application request logging is disabled. We do not enable optional visitor analytics or email click/open tracking. Essential provider infrastructure processing is subject to Cloudflare’s service policies.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and a portable copy of your data, where applicable, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing for direct marketing. Contact the controller above; proportionate identity verification may be needed. Requests are normally answered within one month. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), or your local EEA supervisory authority.
